The BFM® Tool Release (TR) option has been developed for applications where the connector is mounted very close to equipment that is rotating or spinning very fast, providing additional safety for production and maintenance staff. These connectors offer a firmer snap-band, making them ideal for negative pressure (vacuum) applications.

BFM® offers both a standard, round-shaped Tool Release and a Smiley Face Tool Release for added safety, which prevents workers from using makeshift tools and only allows the tool to be inserted in one direction.
