Bringing 8 years of industry experience in Sewing & Production, Yailyne has become an integral part of our team since joining us five years ago. Her journey through the ranks at Siftex, from seamstress to her current role as Sewing Department Supervisor, exemplifies her growth and commitment to excellence.

Yailyne's professional path began after she graduated from the University of Rhode Island with a Certificate of Master Tailoring. Her passion for industrial sewing brought her to Siftex, where she has thrived in a nurturing yet challenging environment. As a supervisor, Yailyne is responsible for overseeing everything from quoting to packaging, ensuring seamless communication between departments and leading her team to meet and exceed Siftex’s stringent quality standards.

Yailyne takes great pride in her daily contributions and ongoing projects. She is particularly excited about mastering the new software system being incorporated at Siftex, viewing it as a significant milestone in her continuous professional development.

Describing herself as patient, resilient, and artistic, Yailyne brings a unique blend of creativity and meticulous attention to her work. Her training includes a Certificate in Master Tailoring and several manufacturing and quality control courses, which have been instrumental in her success. Siftex supports her career progression by providing extensive training and increasing responsibilities, from employee training and coaching to important managerial decisions.

Outside of work, Yailyne's hobbies include sewing, painting, and cooking—passions that reflect her artistic nature and love for creating.
