With an impressive career spanning over 32 years in various managerial and leadership roles, Katty brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her position at Siftex Equipment Company Inc. Before joining our team, she excelled as a Plant Manager, Production Manager, Quality Manager, Director of Operations, and even as a Business Owner, equipping her with a unique perspective and diverse skill set that she now leverages to lead our company.

Since taking on the role of General Manager, Katty has been the driving force behind significant operational restructuring at Siftex. Her strong leadership over the past year and half has been particularly commendable, as she spearheaded efforts to increase efficiency and profitability, navigating the company through challenges with strategic planning and a focus on continuous improvement. Her dedication to enhancing operational processes and her ability to motivate her team has not only improved our bottom line but has also fostered a more dynamic and cohesive work environment.

Katty describes herself as a planner, focused, and people-oriented, qualities that are evident in her approach to leadership. Her educational background, with a BS in Industrial Engineering and an MS in Service Management, supplemented by numerous seminars and trainings, has provided a solid foundation for her success.
