This month, Siftex Equipment Company, Inc. is proud to spotlight Dominic Amagliani as our featured employee. With around 6 years of industry experience, Dominic has been a dynamic part of our team for the last 3 years, currently serving as the Welding Supervisor. His journey with Siftex is marked by significant contributions and innovations, underscoring his dedication and expertise.

Before joining Siftex, Dominic refined his technical skills as a Leather Technician and later as an Architectural CAD Drafter. These roles laid a solid foundation for his current responsibilities. As Welding Supervisor, he is tasked with delegating work to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time, conducting cycle counts, providing new quotes to customer service, and assisting on the shop floor. 

One of Dominic's proudest achievements at Siftex is his overhaul of our welding processes. He has altered the construction methods of certain parts to maximize efficiency while enhancing product quality. This achievement not only highlights his technical acumen but also his capacity to drive significant process improvements.

Dominic's approach to work is characterized by his efficiency, curiosity, and determination. These traits, coupled with the additional training he has received from Siftex, including classes provided by CONNSTEP, have greatly contributed to his success in his role. He believes in staying updated with industry trends and advancements by attending manufacturing events, which allows him to implement cutting-edge practices in his work.
