Silvia has been sewing since she was 20 years old, developing a deep understanding of craftsmanship and detail. Before joining Siftex, she pursued a career in healthcare, studying technical nursing in Peru and later earning her CNA certification in the U.S. She worked as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) before returning to her passion for sewing.



Now, with four years at Siftex, Silvia plays a key role in training seamstresses, overseeing new product production, and maintaining quality control. She ensures that every order meets precise measurements, includes the correct accessories, and is completed on schedule.

Silvia is always eager to learn and refine her skills. She stays up to date with the latest sewing techniques through research and collaboration with her colleagues, including Katty Garcia and Yailyne Hurtado. Her critical thinking certifications help her problem-solve and maintain efficiency, making her an invaluable member of the team.

Her three key strengths—organization, precision, and punctuality—drive her success at Siftex, helping the company maintain its reputation for high-quality, custom-engineered solutions.

Silvia values respect, responsibility, and teamwork, which align perfectly with Siftex’s core principles. Her goal is to continue growing within the company, expanding her skills under the mentorship of her supervisors while contributing to Siftex’s ongoing success.

Outside of work, Silvia enjoys spending time with her family and expanding her sewing expertise through YouTube tutorials. She is also proud of her progress in learning English, embracing every opportunity for personal and professional growth.
