Isabella Rizzo has been an essential part of Siftex Equipment Company Inc. for the past decade. Starting her journey as an intern through a high school program, Siftex was her first professional experience, and she quickly grew within the company. After a brief stint in human resources at another company, Isabella found her way back to Siftex, where she’s thrived ever since.

Currently, Isabella serves as a Customer Service Representative, handling a variety of responsibilities including processing orders and quotes, answering customer inquiries, and maintaining relationships with clients. Her adaptability shines as she also assists with invoicing, credit card payments, and other tasks that support the broader Siftex team.

One of Isabella’s most significant accomplishments at Siftex was her role in helping the team successfully transition to a new ERP system. This project involved extensive data entry and organizing complex customer and inventory information, a task Isabella took on with enthusiasm and precision. The success of this system transition is something she is particularly proud of, and it showcases her attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Describing herself as adaptable, enthusiastic, and dedicated, Isabella is committed to growing both personally and professionally. To enhance her skill set, she completed the 180 Skills online training program through REV-UP, which equipped her with essential knowledge to improve her interactions with customers, coworkers, and vendors.

In her pursuit of professional growth, Isabella strives to deepen her knowledge of the flexible connector industry. Thanks to ongoing training opportunities at Siftex and support from the company’s leadership, she’s continually learning and sharpening her expertise to better serve clients.

Outside of work, Isabella’s creativity flourishes. She runs a book club, enjoys crafting, and recently launched her own small art business—an accomplishment she’s particularly proud of. She also attends concerts and enjoys relaxing with her cats.
